Hi Merrilyn

We are writing to send our thanks to you for making our wedding so special. Our guests and ourselves were thrilled with our ceremony. It absolutely poured down with rain didn't it? No matter, the ceremony and reception were lovely and we couldn't have asked for a better celebration. Having just returned home (to NSW) from SA, we are back in the swing of things and we wanted to take the time to express our many thanks to you. You made the ceremony preparation easy, guided our words with care, and paid attention to the things that really mattered in relation to the ceremony and ourselves personally. Merrilyn, you truly are a wonderful celebrant, and we were glad we got to share our wedding with some-one as professional as you. You have a gift for magic verse and tone, and personalised our wedding beautifully.

It's now been well over week since we've been back in good old England where the sun is shining (a treat!) and we've all gone back to our work-school-college-house routine after partying with family, friends and neighbours plus lots of catching up phone calls and emails with family and friends from Brussels and Germany!

   preparing for - up, up and away!!

And yes, our heads are of course still filled with wonderful memories and images of our fabulous trip to your amazing country and a totally unforgettable wedding!  There's no words big enough to thank you, dear Merrilyn, for the most fantastic wedding ceremony we could have ever dreamed of!  You made it so intimate about the two of us as a couple and the four of us as a new family unit, and despite the fact we live on the other side of the planet and only met the night before our Big Day after exchanging emails for the last 6 months (what a challenge eh!), you captured us exactly the way we are and gave us a truly perfect, fun and one of a kind wedding!
 
Thank you so much for all your lovely touches too... the beautiful ceremony booklet, the heart chocolates and your magnet (now on our fridge door)....and you turning up at the airport with photos and a delicious bottle of your local wine, what a lovely surprise!  You have become a friend and you will always be part of our happiest memories!  By the way, we enjoyed your bottle of Sauvignon (sorry, on the rocks and in plastic tumblers as we couldn't chill it that quick) on the plane from Adelaide to Sydney as we were not allowed to take it on the next international flight (100ml liquid maximum allowed!) and we toasted to you !

Victoria and Ben were married at the incredibly stunning Lane Vineyard at Hahndorf. Would you believe that it was a wet and cold day.. in December?? No problems  ... The Lane made sure their intimate marriage ceremony was held in the warmth and comfort of the enclosed patio in the Bistro while the heavens wept for joy!  Logan - their gorgeous 18 month old  son - was simply delightful!

First of all Happy New Year and we hope you had a wonderful Christmas. We have not long returned from a wonderful 3 week honeymoon and I just wanted to express our enormous thanks for doing such a wonderful job of our ceremony.

We received so many comments on how personal, funny and loving the ceremony was and as nervous as we both thought we were, we both enjoyed it so much – it was actually my favourite part of the day. It really was perfect and very much ‘us’.

We are still talking about the ceremony and are pleased one of my friends recorded it. We both had such a great day and have had a lovely time driving around the country with my in-laws, my French is improving...

One of the guests has suggested when they get married they would like to use you too, so we will see each other again now I am sure.  They want the ceremony to be held in Mount Gambier.

Everyone mentioned how personal the ceremony was and all - including my Grandparents - stayed at Kingsbrook till 5:30pm.
